World-Class SiC MOSFET Modules for Solid-State Transformers

To meet the evolving power requirements of AI data centers, Sun.King introduced its Easy2B series SiC MOSFET modules designed for Solid-State Transformer (SST) applications, including:

  • 1200V / 3.25mΩ Half-Bridge Modules
  • 1400V / 6.5mΩ H-Bridge Modules
  • 2300V SiC MOSFET Modules

The 1200V module features an ultra-low on-state resistance of just 3.25mΩ, approximately 20% lower than comparable products currently available in the market. This significantly reduces conduction losses and improves overall SST efficiency.

Sun.King also showcased its latest 2300V SiC module platform, available in multiple package configurations including Easy, XP, TPAK, and FP series. Developed and launched concurrently with products from internationally renowned manufacturers, the platform demonstrates that domestic innovation is now progressing in step with the world's leading semiconductor companies.

Leveraging the intrinsic advantages of silicon carbide technology—including high switching speed, low losses, and high power density—these modules are ideally suited to the stringent requirements of AI data centers, where compactness, efficiency, and reliability are critical.


The World's First 800V/7500A Solid-State DC Circuit Breaker for Data Centers

Also on display was the world's first 800V/7500A Solid-State DC Circuit Breaker, specifically designed for next-generation 800V DC power distribution systems in data centers.

Featuring microsecond-level switching speed, arc-free interruption, modular scalability, and fully electronic control, the solution addresses one of the most critical challenges facing high-voltage DC data center architectures: fast and reliable short-circuit protection.

Drawing on decades of R&D experience and proven project execution, Sun.King has developed one of the industry's most comprehensive solid-state DC circuit breaker portfolios, covering voltage levels from 800V to 1500V and current ratings from 150A to 7500A, enabling complete protection coverage for data center DC power systems.

XP Series IGBT and SiC Modules for High-Power Wind and Energy Storage Applications

For 1800V wind power systems and utility-scale energy storage applications, Sun.King introduced its new XP Series modules, available in both 1700V and 2300V voltage classes, with IGBT and SiC technology options.

Built on an industry-standard half-bridge topology, the XP platform enables seamless integration into existing system architectures, accelerating product adoption and supporting localized supply chain initiatives.

The 2300V IGBT XP module delivers output currents exceeding 1400A, providing ample design margin for three-level 3000V DC bus systems and ensuring reliable operation under challenging conditions such as grid disturbances and lightning-induced surges.

The 2300V SiC XP module leverages wide-bandgap technology to reduce switching losses by more than 50%, significantly enhancing efficiency and long-term reliability in wind power converters and energy storage systems.

The product is currently undergoing evaluation with leading wind power customers.


Industry-First 1200V/1100A ED Package IGBT Module

Sun.King also unveiled the industry's first 1200V/1100A ED Package IGBT Module, targeting centralized PV systems, grid-forming energy storage applications, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

The module adopts a half-bridge topology and incorporates advanced Pin-Fin direct liquid-cooling technology. Its innovative thermal design increases power capability by nearly 40% compared with conventional solutions while maintaining safe junction temperatures under 1100A operating conditions.

Whether facing fully loaded uphill operation and frequent start-stop cycles in heavy-duty trucks or continuous full-load operation in energy storage systems, the module delivers outstanding current balancing, thermal performance, reliability, and service life.


Laminated Busbars and Integrated Busbars: The Highway of Power Delivery

Sun.King's Laminated Busbar and Integrated Busbar solutions utilize advanced structural design and integration technologies to simplify internal wiring architectures in renewable energy systems, energy storage equipment, and industrial power electronics.

By shortening current paths and reducing impedance losses and thermal risks, these solutions significantly improve overall system efficiency, reliability, and power density.


Enhancing Grid Resilience with Capacitor Technologies and Impedance Measurement Systems

As renewable energy integration and flexible DC transmission projects continue to expand, modern power grids face increasingly complex operating conditions and higher requirements for power quality, fault prediction, and system resilience.

To address these challenges, Sun.King showcased its comprehensive capacitor portfolio and advanced grid impedance monitoring solutions incorporating digital twin technology.
