On September 9, 2026, SUNKING.TECH Group Limited (Stock Code: 00580.HK) issued an announcement: three subsidiaries of the Group — Jiashan SunKing, SunKing Semiconductor and Wuhan LandPower — together with six industrial partners have formally signed an investment cooperation agreement to jointly set up a joint‑venture enterprise, Zhejiang Xuanju Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wu Xiong’ang, former Executive Vice‑President of ARM Global and former Chairman of ARM China, will serve as Chief Advisor Scientist of Zhejiang Xuanju Microelectronics. The company will focus on the R&D, production and sales of high‑performance Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) AI chips and industrial inference products, including customized AI accelerator cards, edge inference industrial controllers, high‑performance AI workstations and industrial large‑model all‑in‑one machines. It aims to become a service provider for open‑architecture AI processors and custom chip solutions.

The joint‑venture parties will give full play to their respective management experience and professional technical strengths in the chip sector to achieve complementary and coordinated resources. They will jointly promote technological research and industrial implementation of high‑performance TPU AI chips and industrial inference products, build an AI computing‑power industrial ecosystem, and support the strategic upgrading of the Group’s AI business.
