Recently, Jiashan Huarui Sunking Electrical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sunking.Tech, has been certified as a Zhejiang Provincial Green Factory by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province. The anode saturable reactors developed and manufactured by Huarui Sunking have been successfully deployed in 44 high-voltage and UHVDC transmission projects. This new honor serves as authoritative recognition of the company’s long-standing commitment to the green and low-carbon development philosophy and its efforts in advancing energy-saving and carbon-reduction retrofits for manufacturing. It also marks a new milestone in Huarui Sunking’s development of the green manufacturing system.

The assessment for Green Factory status covers five dimensions: intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling, and low-carbon energy consumption. In its daily operations, Jiashan Huarui Sunking integrates green development with smart manufacturing to drive green upgrading from the source. A distributed photovoltaic power generation system has been built on-site, with photovoltaic lighting widely adopted to raise the self-consumption ratio of clean energy. The company continuously optimizes production processes and carries out energy-saving retrofits for equipment to cut production energy consumption. A sound management mechanism for classified solid waste collection and resource utilization has been established to improve material recycling efficiency.

As an electric power equipment manufacturer, Jiashan Huarui Sunking practices low-carbon production within the factory, and further facilitates energy transition through green products. Its self-developed anode saturable reactors support multiple domestic UHV transmission projects, effectively boosting the capacity for long-distance clean energy transmission and enabling efficient outward delivery of electricity generated by wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy sources.
