High and low temperature box technical requirements

Due to test requirements, the technical department of Wuxi Sunking Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. needs to purchase a high and low temperature box. The equipment must be used under high voltage conditions. The specific technical requirements are as follows:

<span style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; 1. Working volume: 10m3 high and low temperature test chamber (length * width * height: 2000mm*2000mm*2500mm).

2. Temperature requirements:

2.1 Temperature range: -50℃～+100℃ (temperature adjustable);

2.2 Temperature deviation: ≤±1℃ (refers to the stable state when the test temperature reaches stability and the test time is about 2 hours or more);

2.3 Heating and cooling rate (under load): 5℃/min (average throughout the process), when the heating and cooling rate within the range of -40℃ ~ +55℃ is ≤3℃, the temperature can be heated and cooled linearly;

2.4 Equipped with a 24-channel temperature recorder, it can record data in real time and automatically upload it to the computer.

3. Humidity requirements

3.1 Humidity range: 20%~98%RH;

3.2 Humidity deviation: +2～-3% (＞75％RH), ±5% (≤75％RH).

4. The internal bottom plate load-bearing capacity of the high and low temperature box is ≥3000KG and can bear 3 tons without deformation.

5. High-voltage bushing: The high-voltage bushing is connected from the top of the box, and the voltage level is ≥10kV.

6. Remote monitoring: The central control instrument can be remotely communicated and managed with the computer. After connection, the operation of the equipment, temperature, humidity and other parameters can be continuously monitored through the computer.

7. Security Protection

7.1 The box has a certain explosion-proof ability;

7.2 Over-temperature protection alarm;

7.3 The observation window must use high temperature resistant explosion-proof glass;

7.4 Install a grounding copper plate inside the box.
