ETT-3.7 Product Overview
While LTT-type reactors have been in operation for over 30 years, they often face issues such as core lamination loosening, excessive noise, water circuit blockages, and leakage. To address these challenges, the R&D team of the Companyoptimized the reactor’s structure based on the unique characteristics of LTT-type reactors. The final design adopts a shell-type symmetrical connection structure with two side-by-side units. The new reactor features a single-branch water circuit, effectively eliminating the leakage risks associated with multiple water circuit joints. Additionally, an elastomer encapsulation structure is implemented to prevent core loosening and lamination issues while significantly reducing operational noise. This redesigned reactor meets all electrical performance requirements for converter valves. Moreover, it maintains compatibility with the LTT-type reactor in terms of installation dimensions, electrical connections, and water circuit integration, allowing for seamless replacement and operation. In April 2021, the ETT-3.7 reactor produced by the Company was successfully implemented in the converter valve system of the Fulong renovation project.
