On August 13, Wuxi Sunking Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wuxi SUN.KING), a subsidiary of SUN.KING Technology Group, independently developed three capacitor products, namely "Low Noise Capacitor for UHV DC Transmission Project", "Seismic Intensity 9 Capacitor Bank for UHV DC Transmission Project" and "Parallel Capacitor Device TBB66-60000-500-AQ (W) for Flexible DC Transmission Project". They successfully passed the new product appraisal.

This appraisal meeting was hosted by Jiangsu Machinery Industry Association, and the appraisal committee was composed of experts from Hohai University, State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute, Tongji University, Jiangnan University, Machinery Industry Association and other units. Professor Yuan Yue, a doctor of engineering from Hiroshima University, former dean of Hohai University, deputy director of the Engineering Research Center of Renewable Energy Generation Technology of the Ministry of Education, chief expert of Jiangsu Province's new power and new energy equipment cluster advantage industrial chain, and supervisor of the Jiangsu Electrical Equipment Industry Association Council, served as the chairman.

Wuxi SUN.KING General Manager, Professor-level Senior Engineer Zuo Qianglin, Deputy General Manager Lei Qiaoshu, Deputy General Manager Qi Gang, and Deputy Manager of the Technical Department Zhao Yanjun attended the appraisal meeting. Zuo Qianglin introduced the basic situation of the company to the leaders and experts attending the meeting and delivered a welcome speech. The appraisal committee listened to Lei Qiaoshu's new product development summary report, reviewed the test report, novelty report, user operation report, patents and other related materials and research and development results. Subsequently, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the key technical performance indicators, innovations, research and development results of the new products, and unanimously agreed that the technical level of the three specifications of the new products is in the leading position in China, agreed to pass the new product appraisal, and fully affirmed and highly appreciated SUN.KING's rapid growth in the ultra-high voltage field in the past 10 years.
