According to the structure of valve saturable reactor, we divide it into two types: one is shell structure without damping device; the other is core structure with damping device. The role of the two structures of reactors is the same. The advantage of shell structure is low noise, and the advantage of core structure is low temperature rise.

ETT-3 Product Overview

The ETT-3 productsare the first batch of independently developed and engineered shell-type valve reactors by JiashanSun.King Electrical Equipment & Technology Co., Ltd. These reactors have been validated through engineering trials and meet the operational requirements of HVDC converter valves, ensuring reliable performance. Their design is highly rational, with stable performance achieved through rigorous testing and material selection. After hundreds of verification tests, the development team finalized the use of domestically sourced materials that meet stringent performance standards, including epoxy resin, silicon steel sheets for the iron core, and insulated casings.The integrated casting process significantly reduces operational noise, while the water-cooled coil design effectively minimizes temperature rise during operation. The ETT-3 reactors have been successfully applied in multiple projects and proven reliable through extensive field verification, ensuring stable and long-lasting performance.
