Wuxi Sunking Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SUN.KING Technology Group Co., Ltd. It was established in May 2008 with a registered capital of 58 million US dollars. The company is located at No. 18 Chunhui Road, Huishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi, with a factory area of over 60 acres and more than 130 employees. The company specializes in the technical research, product development, manufacturing, sales, and related engineering services of high-voltage power capacitor and their complete sets of equipment, with a total designed production capacity of 18 million kVAR/year.
The company has a professional technical and management team, providing customers with aesthetically pleasing and high-performance products through a stable international supply of professional raw materials, comprehensive product design, top-notch process fixtures, and strict quality control. In 2013, the company established the Wuxi Reactive Power Compensation Engineering Technology Research Center, with more than 30 research and development personnel. Among them, there are 2 professor level senior engineers (one of whom enjoys the special allowance of the State Council), 4 senior engineers, and 3 master's degree holders. Their majors are distributed in electrical automation, high-voltage insulation technology, insulation materials science, mechatronics integration, etc., and they have rich research and development experience. In recent years, the company has completed the research and development of dozens of specifications of capacitor and reactive power compensation devices. A total of 9 specifications of products, including parallel capacitor, series capacitor, AC filter capacitor, and DC filter capacitor, have passed the national level energy science and technology achievement appraisal, enabling the company's research and development level, product performance, quality, types, and specifications to quickly reach the domestic advanced level. The ± 1100kV Changji Guquan ultra-high voltage direct current transmission project undertaken by Wuxi Sunking Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. is the world's first team with the highest voltage level, the longest transmission distance, the largest transmission capacity, and the most advanced technological level.
The company has currently applied for a total of 63 patents, including 45 utility model patents, 17 invention patents, and 1 software copyright. Led the drafting and revision of two national standards, GB/T30841-2014 General Technical Requirements for High Voltage Parallel Capacitor Devices and GB/T 11024.1-2019 Parallel Capacitors for AC Power Systems with a nominal voltage above 1000V Part 1: General Provisions. Among them, the standard "GB/T30841-2014 General Technical Requirements for High Voltage Parallel Capacitor Devices" that was developed under the leadership won the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and the first prize of Electrical Standard Chint Innovation Award. In 2016, it was rated as a national high-tech enterprise and has been continuously maintained; In 2017, it was awarded the title of Gazelle Enterprise in the Sunan National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, and was honored with the titles of Intelligent Workshop in Huishan District Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Project and Intelligent Workshop in Wuxi City; In 2018, it was awarded as a pilot project for implementing the national and provincial integration management system standards; Successfully applied for the Wuxi Enterprise Technology Center in 2019. Advanced manufacturing system
Based on the concept of integrating personnel flow, material flow, and information flow, we have built the most automated and information-based power capacitor production line in the industry with the principles of flow, rhythm, flexibility, and networking.
Using barcode and RFID technology, establish a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) through Ethernet. The issuance of production and manufacturing instructions, transmission of data, recording of information, and feedback of inspection results are all controlled and transmitted by the MES system.
Recently, SUN.KING Semiconductor signed a "Framework Cooperation Agreement" with Zhiguang Electric, a leading company in the high-voltage cascade energy storage industry.
