Beijing, April 10, 2025 — THE 13TH ENERGY STORAGE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXPO (ESIE 2025), a pivotal event bringing together global industry leaders and cutting-edge technologies to explore emerging trends and chart future innovations in energy storage sector, concluded successfully in Beijing. Sun.King Technology unveiled its self-developed ED-packaged IGBT modules, engineered with the proprietary i20 series fine trench-gate IGBT chipsets. Featuring a "linear-optimized" design that dramatically enhances current sharing performance, these modules achieve industry-leading maximum junction temperature of 175℃ and flexible voltage configurations (1200V/1700V). It has a broad market in the field of energy storage, new energy power generation, electric vehicles, industrial applications and so on.

The exhibition floor witnessed another showstopper: Sun.King's ST-, EP-, FP-, and BEVD-packaged IGBT modules, all powered by the groundbreaking i20 IGBT chipsets.  The HEEV-, EVD-packaged SiC modules using Sun.King's SiC MOSFET chips for EVs also became highlights.


Meanwhile, Sun.King showcased world-leading technologies including laminated busbars, integrated busbars, and power electronic capacitors, winning recognition from domestic and international experts.

As a key component in power distribution, laminated busbars not only significantly reduce energy loss but also provide higher reliability, durability, and safety, while greatly reducing system weight. Integrated busbars offer highly integrated solutions for battery systems and power applications, improving signal transmission stability and reducing costs through optimized automation. Power electronic capacitors are widely used in renewable energy, energy storage, frequency converters, and flexible DC transmission, providing efficient support for new energy and industrial applications.
