Recently, a subsidiary of Sun.King Technology Group Co., Ltd.—Zhejiang Jiashan KENENG Power Equipment Co., Ltd.—successfully won the bid for the filter compensation equipment and supporting procurement project for the Nanshan Indonesia Bintan Industrial Park. Leveraging its strong technical capabilities, reliable product quality, and extensive industry experience, the company will provide core power equipment and technical support for this key overseas industrial park.

The Nanshan Indonesia Bintan Industrial Park (Karang Batang Special Economic Zone) is located in the southeastern part of Bintan Island, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia, across the sea from Singapore. It is the 12th Special Economic Zone in Indonesia and the country’s first manufacturing-focused SEZ. Covering a planned area of 2,333.6 hectares, the park is dedicated to developing a modern metal industry chain, port-based industries, and supporting energy and logistics infrastructure.

The FC filter compensation system awarded in this project is one of the most cost-effective solutions for addressing harmonic distortion and reactive power issues in industrial power systems. The system is capable of providing harmonic filtering and reactive power compensation for high-voltage grids up to 110 kV, with automatic switching functionality available under specific conditions.

The FC system delivered for this project is optimally designed to adapt to on-site operating conditions and dynamic changes. It offers advantages such as effective harmonic filtering without amplification, improved power factor without reactive power backflow, and overall enhanced system stability. These features ensure a reliable, efficient, and safe power supply for the industrial park.
