Recently, Wuxi Sun.King Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Sun.King"), a subsidiary of Sun.King Technology, held a shipping ceremony to officially commence delivery of power capacitors for the Baotashan ±800kV Converter Station, part of the Shanbei–Anhui ±800kV ultra-high-voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission project. The event was attended by Wuxi Sun.King Deputy General Manager Miss. Lei Qiaoshu and department heads.

Thanks to its strong R&D capabilities, intelligent and efficient manufacturing, comprehensive quality management system, and outstanding product performance, Wuxi Sun.King successfully secured the capacitor contract for the Baotashan ±800kV Converter Station on July 30, 2024. The order, totaling 2.9121 million kilovars of power capacitors, is scheduled for full delivery in early August this year.
